Statistically religious organizations are the most segregated forums. Only 5% of religious organizations are racially integrated

The diversity index is moving towards 65%, if on the streets of America one out of every two you meet is from a different race, why are Christian organizations racially and economically segregated.

The number indicate there is a clear problem.

This is not aligned with God’s word we are required to be leaders in "love" as “One Body in Christ”.

We are here to help Christians make progress in the area of diversity, to ensure all are aligned with God's word in creating true multicultural environment.

In other words, “One Body in Christ Jesus”

The Christian philosophy is to "Love one another" but, many are uncomfortable with diversity.

The truth is people meet God in their own Ethno-cultural worlds.

Although we are saved individually, we serve collectively and understanding the need for diversity or unity is increasingly clear is no longer a luxury within the Christian community, nor is it a topic that can be ignored or avoided.

Many religious organizations identify themselves as multicultural however, there is less than 1% diversity within the organization.

A statistical view of a multicultural organization

16% -- 34%	Progressively moving toward a multicultural /diverse organization
35% -- 51%	Multicultural Organization

God called us to preach to all, but at the end of the day where will ALL sit if we have not prepared a place for them to come.

If things remain the same when Christ return which side of town or which race will reap life eternal.

Will God’s selection be based upon race?

If Heaven Is Not Segregated, then why is the natural not representing the spiritual

It is essential Christian organizations and Christians embrace multicultural programs that concentrate on creating a positive attitude toward diversity.
